ISO 9001 Real Results" |

This
course is the ideal course for employees,
managers, and executives who want to upgrade the
value of themselves to their company and make a
real difference by gaining knowledge and
methodology which helps to increase revenue,
reduce cost, increase market share, and ultimately
make any company more competitive and successful.
Experts call this better than an MBA in Strategy
in a box because it is practical, not theoretical,
concise, powerful, and has been tested in real the
real world at some of the worlds largest companies
and banks to increase competitiveness. This
methodology is not available in any book or
publication and is integrated with ISO 9001. It
focuses on putting in place the right
strategy/infrastructure/enablers (capabilities,
organization, processes, technology, and metrics)
as an integrated feed to the ISO 9001 approach for
improving consistency of implementation of the
right capabilities. Most companies make mistakes
by putting the wrong infrastructure/enablers as a
feed into ISO 9001 and then the wrong
organization, processes, technologies, and metrics
get consistently implemented company-wide in a
high quality way. This course turns ISO 9001 on
its head and focuses on using a strategic approach
to get Real Results from an ISO 9001
Implementation.
